MAjid Fouladi
CEO, Consultant & Managing Partner
Mr. Fouladi has served as a Managing Partner, General Manager, or CFO of multiple companies, including multi-million dollar contractors APEC, Inc. and Altair Environmental Group. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of and FBG engineers and Consultant, Inc.
Mr. Fouladi is responsible for providing strategic direction, aligning subcontractors, serving as legal liaison financial, overseeing management and operational goals, and leading marketing and work acquisition efforts in the Central FL region. His industry focus lies in Civil Engineering, General Construction, Public Works projects, Bridgeways, and Drainage Systems. Corporation and projects Financial: Tax increment financing, Public Purpose Bond, Surety Bond ( B,P&P Bond and ( P&L).
Majid has provided leadership and helped complete over 1,500 projects totaling more than $5.8 billion. Some of his many projects include the City walk and hospitality additions to Universal Studios, I-95, I-595, Florida Turnpike, Orange County Convention Center, and a multitude of Resorts and commercial Buildings. He has won Two Golden award from PBSJ. Some of his other mentionable projects include:
